Street Scene opened in 1981 as an aftermarket parts and accessories retailer in San Jose. Quickly, our product lines swelled to an impressive array, keeping pace with the expansion and solidification of the performance product market in the automotive world. To meet our customers’ needs, we also expanded our installation and service operation, and became more sophisticated overall. By 1992, we were offering both performance parts and installations.
In 2000, we moved to our current location in Watsonville, where we have the square footage to maintain a parts showroom and full-service auto repair facility. We have come to represent hundreds of performance product lines, which our mechanics support with installation and service. Street Scene is also equipped to provide trailer axle and electrical service right alongside our more traditional general auto repair, diagnostic, and maintenance services.
